You are about to take an exciting adventure and meet a great Christian hero: Martin Luther, the Christian reformer. For us, one of the most fun parts of writing the TRAILBLAZER BOOKS is doing the research. Spy for the Night Riders was no exception. We dug up facts about those who supported Luther, learning about European knights and castles, exploring the fascinating country of Germany and its people and customs, discovering Germany’s complicated history and how that affected people like Martin Luther. We hardly knew where to stop!

This guide contains activities, resources, and seven lessons. The first and last lessons cover one chapter each and provide historical background; all other lessons cover two chapters each. Activities are grouped by subject matter: Geography, History, Social Studies and Folkways, Literature and Language Arts. Reader not included.
