Pippa Davies

Director

Pippa supervises the Learning Commons’ physical and virtual staff, and Learning Commons budget. She teaches book clubs and inquiry-based learning. You may contact her for queries about our Sora eBook app, collection suggestions, and concerns regarding the Learning Commons.

Cynthia Duncalfe

Curriculum Consultant

Cynthia consults with home-educating parents and HCOS teachers regarding various curriculum resources. She is involved in curriculum correlation, developing our Unit Study Kits, and instructional webinars.

Margaret Basaraba

Subscription Facilitator

Margaret oversees our subscription accounts and assists families with access to them.

Erin Duncan

Assistant Librarian

Erin oversees live chat for the Learning Commons and runs our student contests, advises students of upcoming events. She is also responsible for curating books in our Sora and web resource libraries.

Rachel Rennie

Unit Study Developer

Rachael is responsible for researching and writing the unit study kits for families to use at home.
