Outlooks 3 – Our Communities – 2002

In Our Communities, students explore the history, geography, and diversity of the communities they live in – from their cities and towns to their province and country. As they explore these communities, students also learn how local government works, how to use money wisely, how Canada is
connected to the rest of the world, and how they can do their part to make the world a better place. Activities provide opportunities to use and make maps and collect and organize information about the past.
