Math-U-See Delta – Set of 3

Math-U-See is a comprehensive, skill-based math curriculum for grades K–12 that follows a multi-sensory, mastery approach. With a clear, logical sequence, it helps students understand math concepts. Each lesson includes step-by-step instruction, video teaching (DVD or online videos), and hands-on manipulatives to reinforce learning. Parents present new concepts and guide students through the “build-write-say” strategy for practice and review. The Math-U-See Delta DVD features 30 video lessons that cover division for single and multiple-digit numbers; division is presented as the inverse of multiplication. This level also covers using strategies based on place value, solving abstract and real-world problems, interpreting remainders and in short and long division, and understanding fraction notation. In the video lessons, Demme helps parents understand how to teach each concept by using a whiteboard and larger magnetic versions of the blocks to show how to use them for each lesson.
