Celebrating Friendship In Our Learning Commons

September is Friendship Month!

Happy Friendship Month!

September is Friendship Month! It’s a perfect time to celebrate old friendships and make new ones. Friendships not only provide support and joy but also enrich our learning journey.

Why Friendship Matters

Friendships help us grow by encouraging us to explore new ideas and perspectives. They can make studying more enjoyable and motivate us to tackle challenges together. Whether it’s forming study groups, sharing book recommendations, or collaborating on projects, friendships play a vital role in our academic success.

Join the Fun!

This month, we’re hosting the following activity to celebrate friendship:

Friendship Bracelets: Come by the Flex Learning Commons to make a beaded bracelet for a friend! Drop in on the following Thursdays: September 19, 26, and October 3 between 9 am – 3 pm. Beads and string provided. Free.

Let’s celebrate the connections we cherish! Visit the Library Learning Commons online and in person for resources that promote friendship and collaboration. Here’s to making memories and building community together!
