How to Use the Curriculum Options
- Use the filters to find options that align with your student’s learning needs and goals.
- Click the information button to view a brief overview of each resource.
- Click the link button to preview the resource on the publisher’s website (e.g., samples or placement tools). Then borrow from the Learning Commons or purchase through our approved vendors or the Curriculum Order Form.
Resources tagged as Core Curriculum include a more robust curriculum with lessons; however, please select resources in consultation with your teacher, as most resources do not fully cover BC competency and curricular learning standards on their own. We strongly encourage the use of a combination of resources in most subject areas to cover learning standards.
Curriculum Picks
Curriculum Picks offer a curated selection of vetted, user-friendly resources aligned with BC’s curriculum standards. They aim to ease the task of selecting appropriate materials by providing a starting point. While not exhaustive or universally ideal, these picks are appropriate for typical home-educating students and should be reviewed with your support teacher for tailored use.
